Boating Sanibel Captiva Florida Boating Sanibel Captiva Florida

One of the best things about Boating Sanibel Captiva Florida is you can do something different each day and never run out of places to go or things to do. Of course the normal, fishing, diving, skiing, waterboarding, tubing, cruising, sailing or just water transpiration to some great places to eat.

If you like to use your boat to travel to lunch or dinner I have some suggestions. Staying close to the islands you can try Grandma Dots on the east end of Sanibel, or The Green Flash of Captiva, Sanibel Harbour resort & spa at the foot of the Sanibel Causeway. Grandma Dot's Sanibel

If you head toward St James city which would take over an hour by car but only minutes by boat from the islands, you’ll find 3 or four just plain fun casual restaurants like Waterfront. When they say informal you will need a tee shirt but anything more than a bathing suit and flip-flops you’re overdressed.

Head north to Upper Captiva and you’ll find Barnacle Phil’s. Just a few miles more on the inside of the Cayo Costa Island both Cabbage Key and Useppa Island have great place to relax with a wonderful meal.

You now have 8 places to try and we haven’t even left the back Bay. You’ll find many places to try on the waters of Fort Myers Beach, Naples and even the Keys are only a few hours away and with a stop at the Snook Inn of Marco Island half way down the trip is a breeze.
